Statement
The
mission of
Wilkinson
Foodservice
Design is
to provide
quality
designs
that are
functional,
efficient,
and
attractive
for the
foodservice
industry.
We believe
that we
must
assist our
clients in
achieving
an edge in
the
foodservice
industry
by
providing
professional
consultancy,
creative
design and
being
independent
of any
supply
interest.
Ray
Wilkinson,
Principal
and
founder of
Wilkinson
Foodservice
Design
entered
the
Foodservice
Design
world in
2000 after
being in
sales for
many
years.
Prior to
forming
Wilkinson
Foodservice
Design,
Ray worked
as a
designer
with a
consulting
firm
specializing
in K-12.
Then he
had the
wonderful
opportunity
to move to
a large
restaurant
chain as
Head
Designer
and
Project
Manager
for many
different
concepts
with
completing
over 50
projects.
Then Ray
saw the
need for
new ideals
and
concepts
to be
formed
within the
foodservice
design
industry
so he
formed
Wilkinson
Foodservice
Design.
Ray has
earned an
outstanding
reputation
for his
personal
care for
his
clients,
large or
small and
to his
detail to
his
designs.
He has
designed
and
contributed
to
numerous
projects
including
high end
restaurants,
causal
dinning,
casinos,
bars,
country
clubs,
coffee
shops,
churches,
hotels,
fast food,
buffets,
and K-12.
Ray
frequently
participates
in food
equipment
and
educational
seminars
and trade
shows. He
stays
current
with
industry
publications
and is in
touch with
the latest
concepts
and
trends. In
combination
with a
thorough
understanding
of the
Architectural
design
process,
Wilkinson
Foodservice
Design is
qualified
to perform
for their
clients in
away that
will
service
the client
with first
class
service.
Ray is
also a
member of
the
Foodservice
Consultants
Society
International.
